![]() Together we would like to remind ourselves and others how to be thankful. Not only on Thanksgiving Day, but everyday.
Be thankful wherever you are and realize you slept regardless of the "longevity". Be thankful when you awake you opened your eyes and you can see. Be thankful when you awake and you can hear. Be thankful if you can smell. Be thankful if you can talk. Be thankful if someone listens.
Be thankful if you can feel your entire body. Be thankful when you realize you are breathing freely on your own. Be most thankful if you can enjoy the sunshine or the rain, or a cloudy day.
Be thankful if you have sheets. Be thankful if you have blankets. Be thankful if you have your own source of food. Be thankful if you have a JOB. Be thankful if you can work. Be thankful you are willing to work. Be thankful you are able to work. Be thankful you aren't lazy.
Be thankful if you have grandchildren. Be thankful if you have parents. Be thankful if you have friends.
Be thankful you have electricity. Be thankful for hot water. Be thankful you have a roof over your head.
Be thankful for the clothes you own. Be thankful for soap. Be thankful for towels and detergent. Be thankful for washers & dryers.
Be thankful if someone reads. Be thankful if you can manage money. Be thankful if you earn you own wages. Be thankful if you know your hearts desires. Be thankful if you found one who compliments your gifts. Be thankful if God bestowed you with a gift. Be thankful if you have God's love in your heart. Be thankful if you are loved. Be thankful if you are able to give love. Be thankful THEN, if you are able to receive love.
Be thankful if you love your country. Be thankful for today. Be thankful for your freedom. Be thankful for your flag. Be thankful for your rights as an American. Be thankful you can vote. Be thankful you can change the tide not only of the United States of America, but the rest of the world that watches OUR Nation.

Michele Bachmann on every side. Even using someone as tasteless, mindless with a loose flapping tongue like the beady eyed, foul mouth Alec Baldwin. Interestingly, he speaks as he is and thus by my, Kathy Pledger's, educated hypothesis.... something is VERY wrong and "left" way behind on the reader of such publication.
